Respoibility:

1. Support FA Engineer to do failure analysis for internal and customer failure products, keep and compose failure analysis report and so on;

协助工程师对于工厂内部及客退失效产品在实验室进行分析并妥善保存失效分析报告等资料；

2. Support FA Engineer to arrange FA lab products including to failure parts and reliability test;

协助工程师统筹安排FA实验室的产品分析包括失效产品及可靠性产品分析；

3. Be respoibility for tracing final analysis result, keep failure analysis records;

负责跟踪最终分析结果，建立失效分析档案；

4. Be preparing for technical document and maintenance;

技术文件的准备和维护；

5. Be preparing for FA lab manage and repair equipment, calibration management;

FA实验室管理及设备仪器维护, 设备的校验管理；

6. To be an ESD coordinator, follow up and maintain ESD system implementation;

ESD协调员，跟进和维护ESD体系的有效运行；

7. Other task as assigned by the line manager.

上级经理安排的其他工作。

Education and skill requirements:

1. Electronic or relative project, graduated from above junior college;

电子相关专业大专及以上学历；

2. At least 2 yea work experience;

二年以上工作经验；

3. Be good at learn and analysis judgment, be good at physical chemistry and electronic theory;

较强的学习和分析判断能力，良好的物理化学以及电子理论基础；

4. Be familiar with electronic failure analysis and relative analysis equipment’s

熟悉电子产品失效分析以及相关分析设备；

5. Knowledge for ESD control

具备ESD控制知识

6. Capability to support Engineer to make FA report for customer

具备协助工程师给客户做FA报告的能力

7. Undetanding for Electric Components.

熟悉电子元件

8. Undetanding for Electric product manufacturing process.
