Project Coordinator

Report to: PM Lead, Associate Manager

Location: Beijing

POSITION SUMMARY

Project Coordinator in the Jaen China R&D Medical Writing and Tralation Service Center is respoible for collecting requirements for new projects, resource and project planning and managing stakeholde’ expectatio, including identifying risks, cotraints and assumptio and developing substitute project plan.

KEY RESPOIBILITIES

Eure efficient project management by tracking and managing daily project status

?Coordinating activities, identifying and monitoring resources, workload, and progress throughout projects

?Coordinating with internal executive teams to eure smooth running of the projects; integrate technology to improve the efficiency

?Conducting pre-analysis of the incoming projects

?Tracking project progress from planning to closeout. Specifically, track costs/ schedule/ scope/updates agait plan and eure expected targets are achieved

?Communicating with stakeholde regularly to coordinate resources according to their needs

?Reporting project progress to project stakeholde through emails, phone calls or project meetings as necessary

?Other tasks assigned by direct manager

DESIRABLE CHARACTERISTICS

?Minimum a B.A./B.S. and preferably an M.A./M.S. in a field relevant to a focus area such as Computer Aided Tralation (CAT)

?Native or fluent Mandarin; fluency in English or other languages valued

?Good CommunicatioInterpeonal skills; ability to interact and communicate professionally with all levels of the organization and external partne

?Capable of working independently as well as in a team environment

?Strong problem-solving ability, iight, comfort with ambiguity, strong logical thinking

?Able to work under pressure and in a deadline-driven environment; resourceful, confident and self-directed

?Looks for creative ways to avoidolve problems when necessary and not compromise professional integrity

?Demotrated work ethic, integrity and professional conduct

?Medical background is a plus

?Project management experience is a plus
