1.Receives and scree visito, telephone calls.
2.Maintain effective filing system
3.Maintai multiple calenda and coordinates the schedules of the GM.
4.Respoible for taking and tracribing minutes during various meetings.
5.Compose correspondence and reports independently or from brief itructio.
6.Coordinate with department manage for related issues.
7.Other tasks that may assigned by line mgr
REQUIREMENT:

2.Good command of English, both reading and writing
