主要工作职责 main duties:
1、Collect market information and make acknowledge of custome, analyze customer requirements and recommend suitable products to the custome;
收集市场信息、了解客户情况、分析客户需求、向客户推荐合适产品;
2、Execute quotation process from selection, biding, quotation, tracking and assignation;
执行公司销售报价流程,进行项目的甄别、投标、报价和跟踪,直至签约;
3、Improve the biding and success rate and fulfill sales targets;
提高投标率和中标率,完成公司下达的销售指标;
4、Manage contract management and ADF to meet customer requirements, based on the Company’s process;
严格按照公司销售流程进行合同处理,根据合同填写ADF表等,以保证符合客户要求;
5、Manage the contract after sales and coordinate customer and fulfillment departments based on the sales contract;
负责合同售后处理,根据销售合同协调客户与生产及安装等有关部门之间的联系;
6、Acknowledge and feedback the progress in time and accurately. Control inventory;
及时准确地了解和反馈已签合同的现场进展,控制库存;
7、Be respoible for AR for sales part;
货款回笼、催讨应收帐款;
职位要求 requirements:
1、Bachelor degree or above。Have morethan one yea sales working experiences;
本科或以上学历, 具有销售的相关工作经验;
2、Be familiar with PC skills;
熟练的电脑操作技能;
3、Be careful, respoible and team work;
认真、仔细、有责任心、团队意识强;
4、Good communication and coordination ability;
具备良好的沟通和协调能力;
5、Good learning ability and positive;
良好的学习能力以及开拓进取的精神;
