- Work with the operation manager to build up the production and maintenance team, including hiring, training &

- developing, performance assessment to eure the production team efficiency and meet the production targets.

- Monitor the production plan execution to eure timely quality product delivery according to customer requirements.

- To lead the team to optimize the working process and procedures to improve efficiency and quality.

- To eure the team to follow all policies and disciplines and make sure the working environment safe and comfortable.

- Eure equipment itallation and maintenance for plant normal operation.

- Eure quality management system and tools in place to meet company and customer requirement.

- Eure required operation permit/licee in place and maintained for plant production.

- Prepare for the internal audits, making sure all activities are all in compliance with policies.

- Prepare for external audits by the third parties, i.e. quality, environment, safety audits.

- Prepare for custome audits to eure the custome undetand and find confidence in our operation activities.

- Make sure all operatio are in aligned with EHS regulatio.

- Build up positive, strong time management, focus on problem solving and prevention and people friendly culture. Encourage people growth and development.

- Work with finance department in cost analysis, Opex and Capex budgeting and cost control

- Guide and monitor HR operation to eure the relate policies are in place and implemented accordingly.

- Oveeeing the IT service to eure the IT facilities operating properly.

- 10 to 15 Yea progressive Managerial experience in a production environment

- Demotrated ability to successfully manage large manufacturing environments

- Proven track record for making improvements and exceeding budget or forecast numbe

- A complete undetanding of each production process

- A complete undetanding of machine mechanics and machine operatio

- Fluent English in writing and speaking
