Accountabilities:

Communicate with customeagent on the issue of custom clearance.

Provide Pre-Alert to oveeas office/agent & custom service before cargo uplift without failure

Eure the accuracy of actual weight/dimeion once shipment in w/h and records are kept up to date

Monitor ULD building according to SOP in order to eure the security of shipments

To take up additional tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

Univeity degree or equivalent in logistics

Preferably possess a valid Certificate on Dangerous Goods Regulation, Cargo Security Training (Regulated Agent Regime) or Basic Air Cargo Training

1 year working experience preferably in airfreight forwarding

Geographic knowledge

Familiar with I/E process, shipping document and Inco terms

Familiar with China Customs requirements

Preferably have knowledge on other countries' Customs requirements

Good command of English & Chinese

Accurate typing

Fluency of Putonghua

Proficient in MS Office
