职位描述:
1、接待上门客户,以顾问方式完成课程销售;
(Receive the door customer, to complete the coue sales in the Coultative selling ways)
2、完成部门主管下达的指标,不断提升业绩并完成工作指标;
(Achieve sales target from department manager and cotantly promote plant targets and complete the work performance index)
3、了解并收集客户信息,并提出相应的对策或解决方案;
(Undetand and collect customer information, and proposes the corresponding countermeasure or solution);
4、与已有客户建立长期、稳定的友好关系;
(Establish long-term, stable and friendly relatio with existing custome);
5、根据客户需求组织内部资源为客户提供个性化服务;
(According to customer demand,provide peonalized internal resources services for custome)
6、实施电话销售。

职位要求
1、工商管理、市场营销专业专科或以上学历;
(Commerce management, marketing professional college or above)
2、一年以上管理咨询或教育行业工作经验
(Above one year management coulting or education industry work experience)
3、具有熟练客服技巧,擅于与客户沟通,协调能力好;
(Skilled customer service skills, good at communication with the custome and coordination skills);
4、正直诚信、具有良好职业道德和团队精神,工作认真负责,心理素质好,可承受较大工作压力。
(Integrity and good professional ethics and team spirit, serious and respoible work, good psychological quality, can work under great pressure.)
5、有培训行业经验和快消品销售经验的优先。
