POSITION SUMMARY:
Achieve the monthly and annual sales targets through expanding the project pipeline, developing new channel and implement customer relatiohip strategies also position IR as the preferred hardware solution provider in local area.
JOB RESPOIBILITIES:
1. Complete monthly and annual sales target. Cooperate with Sales Support team to improve project total effectiveness.
2. Introduce IR Product Portfolio to high-level contacts, ie owne, architects, coultants, system integrato decision make in relation to specific projects.
3. Develop qualified distributo on hardware solution. Develop new key accounts such as Develope and large Industrial Companies etc.
4. Provide overall support to distributo including products and sales trainings for them.
5. Drive Spec-in works of IR solutio, provide regular sales forecast.
6. Execute cross-function projects through collaborating with other electronic products sales.
7. Prepare monthly and annual forecasts and projectio for existing and potential business for branch review.
8. Leads generation & Demand creation.
9. Input routine works and activities in CRM system.
10. Other tasks assigned by management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1. Bachelor’s degree holder preferred in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial & Civilian Cotruction, architectonics or related disciplines.
2. At least 3 yea sales experience in the field of in related building cotruction or building material industry. Design ititute experiences of inner-decoration is preferred.
3. Self-motivated, self-discipline, team-player, can work under pressure. Aggressive, Good listener, Result driven
4. Good interpeonal and communication skills. Read and Written English required.
5. Good Presentation skills.
6. Willing to travel frequently

5. 分析最终客户目前和潜在的产品需求,提供能满足客户需求的产品和服务,并在英格索兰和客户之间建立良好的关系。
6. 每月向销售经理汇报关于目标客户跟踪、市场和行业应用推广、地区销售拓展的行动计划,与部门内其他销售工程师及时沟通,分享彼此的销售资源。定期提交负责区域的月度预算和销售预测报告。
8. 收集市场状况、行业趋势、竞争对手的价格、产品和市场活动信息。
9. 有效利用公司发放的个人电脑开展工作,及时定期提交相应的文件和报告。
职位要求:
1. 拥有工程、机械或电气专业的大专或大学学历,在相关行业有至少2年的销售和销售管理经验。
2. 具有客户服务意识,拥有良好的书面和口头人际沟通能力。
3. 有空压机销售的行业经验优先考虑。
4. 能够经常出差。
5. 能够使用办公自动化软件,包括Office Word,PowerPoint和Excel。
6. 有英语书面写作能力的优先考虑。
