岗位要求:
1. 全日制本科或以上学历,工商管理,或市场营销相关学位优先
2. 英语听说读写能力优秀,工作中需与外籍同事沟通流畅,掌握一定的商务英语写作技巧
3. 具有优秀的多任务处理能力
4. 具有优秀的语言表达能力,做事严谨、负责、有耐心
5. 具有优秀的团队合作和开拓创新精神,优秀的学习理解和逻辑思维能力
6. 具有一定的文案功底,熟悉微博、微信、好好住等社交平台者优先
7. 熟练操作常用办公软件,熟悉Adobe InDesign、Photoshop等软件者优先
8. 熟悉Magento后台使用者优先
9. 有小规模外企工作经验者优先
10. 做五休二,但周末需上班1天

Ethnicraft is an international company, which produces eco-friendly, teak furniture with a contemporary design. We expanded to Asia Pacific a few yea ago, launching our fit online furniture shop in Singapore. In mid-2013, we launched in Malaysia and we are in Shanghai since early 2015. Quality, customer service and convenient shopping form the DNA of Ethnicraft Online. We are a small and highly motivated international team.
Respoibilities
E-Marketing
1. Work collaboratively with Marketing Director, Digital Marketing Manager, Social Media Team to execute marketing initiatives
2. Assist to establish advertising partnehip with online oand print media
3. Assist to establish and expand brand name
4. Help maintain current content on Ethnicraft Online websites, Social Media channels and Blog
5. Assist in implementation of the Marketing strategy
6. Assist and develop client prospects via established or new networks
7. Monitoring and enhancing digital performance (SEO, Social Media, Bloggin)
Sales
1. Provide end-to-end customer service of the highest quality
2. Establishing regular contact with custome and prospects through Social Media, Newslette, Blog
3. Updating and maintaining relatiohip with existing and potential clients
4. Responding to custome requests/questio by email or phone, WeChat etc
5. Phone/ WeChat etc booking appointments for showroom visits
6. Proactively review existing client portfolios
7. Following-up prospect
8. Welcoming custome at showroom
Operation
1. Managing delivery schedule
2. Coordinating container shipment with shipping company
3. Updating inventory levels
4. Adding, removing, updating products on the website
