Technical:

？ Coordinate with group subsidiaries and Resichina laboratories to eure homologation of products.

？ Provide technical support during development and after sales

Sales:

？ Follow up of sales activities to eure profitable business growth

？ Managed by Sales Manager in Shanghai, to make quotation and involve the negotiation of terms of sales contract

？ Follow up for custome’ inquiring, orde and collection of account receivable

？ Coordinate with group subsidiaries and Resichina laboratories to eure homologation of products.

？ Provide technical support during development and after sales

？ Work with sales manager to make rolling forecast, coordinate with the plant for production and logistic plan

？ Develop good relatiohip with custome

？ Collection of market intelligence

？ Provide the routine report: visiting reports, weekly reports, monthly reports

Business Assistant:

？ Coordination of BU’s business activities in China; Coordinate sales assistant in routine Scala order entry and monthly sales closing for IVY GROUP.

？ Monitoring the sales data in SCALA

？ Participate in the organization of semina, meetings, exhibition etc for PVC SLUSH products

？ Help Sales Manager to manager the sales assistant’s behavior and performance

Job Requirement:

- Build a knowledge of the company’s product and application and be able to promote the right products to custome

- Good sales skills and be able to find custome’ needs

-Good written and verbal communication skills both in Chinese and English to communicate with custome and internal team.

- Good technical background in chemistry or material science (bachelor or master)

- Basic computer skills: Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, SCALA

- Experience of sales: 3yea relative experience preferred
