■Sales team management: support on sales team build-up in the area; lead and manage sales reps to achieve the business target as one team

■BTL activation to drive sales: work with marketing team on developing and executing effective BTL promotional activities, merchandising program to drive turnover in the outlet

■Good planning on all kinds of business action: precise volume estimation, order management, promotion planning, budget control, etc.
■对各种业务活动有良好的规划:准确的库存估算,订单管理,促销计划,预算控制等。
■Regular business report: sales report and analysis, evaluation on customer, collection on competitor information, etc.

■5-8 yea sales experience with 3-5 yea at supervisory or management position preferably in food, beverage or alcohol industry
■5-8年销售相关经验及3-5年在食品、饮料或酒类行业的经理或以上岗位经验
■Strong ability to lead a strong sales team and with strong self-discipline
■有较强销售团队领导能力及自律能力
■College degree, 25–35 yea old
■大专以上学历,年龄在25-35岁间。
■Strong communication skill, brave enough and aggressive enough to challenge difficulties even start from zero

■Independent and self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset is must, feel comfortable working in an ever-changing environment just to achieve the goal
