岗位职责:
End User Key Account Development
1.Co-work with LF segment sales leader and LF marketing manager to prepare key account plan with clear sales projection and growth initiatives.
2.Build multi-layer customer relatiohip by leveraging company resources to maximize customer satisfaction.
3.Follow all opportunities from Customer CAPEX and OPEX. Educate custome on new products and product enhancements. Effectively communicate and negotiate sales contracts with custome.
4.Co-work with application manager and service manager to provide customized offer to key account customer to achieve improving gross margin.
5.Analyze and interpret key financial result from Key Account, such as order, revenue, AR and forecasting
Non-Key Account Opportunity Follow-up
1.Follow diffuse end use, EPC and system integrator assigned by line manager.
2.Actively exploit and develop potential customer from new segment.
3.Effectively communicate and negotiate sales contracts with custome. Educate custome on new products and product enhancements. Accurately articulate and present product features and benefits.
4.Analyze and interpret key financial result from Non-KA opportunities, such as order, revenue, AR and forecasting.
Facilitate Other Functional Teams
1.Support offer marketing team on voice-of-customer collection.
2.Support customer department on customer satisfaction survey
3.Support Marcom team on account or territory promotion event.
任职资格:
Requirements:
1.Bachelor or Master majoring in Chemical, Automation, Itrumentation, Pharmacy Segment
2.At least 5 yea selling experience, Key Account Development experience is highly appreciated.
3.Working experience in Pharmacy Segment end user engineering or quality department is highly preferred
4.Good presentation, interpeonal and negotiation skills.
5.Excellent communication skills to deal with scientific discussion with custome.
6.Good English communicatio in both oral and written.
7.Good data analysis and biz planning skills.
8.High energy, team player and capability of working under pressure.
9.Self-motivated, initiative, open-minded, and detail-oriented
