职位描述:
RESPOIBILITIES:
- Update activities reports and WMS system to make sure logistics activities running smooth with high accuracy.
- Communicate with operation staff to make sure operation result under Standard operation procedure(SOP) and meet client KPI standard
- Propose improvement in process and communication to achieve better efficiency and better service
- Staffing planning based on history productivity, interview and select worke
- Customer service task allocation and operation manager task allocation
- Guarantee timely dispatch of all reports
REQUIREMENTS:
- Univeity graduate or Logistics/Factory working experience of 3 yea
- Knowledge of Air & Sea import & Export process is preferable, with experience on WMS, SCM is better
- Good in computer knowledge is required to perform data processing, handling of email routine and access intranets- Especially PC technique in MS office: Word & Excel & Access
- Good communication skill and customer service skill, undetand customer’s expectation by follow their SOP
- A good team player with proactive attitude and high see of respoibility
- Fair command of written and spoken English
