此职位为路华救援（北京）有限公司青岛分公司的理赔经理岗位。

常驻工作地：青岛

Accountabilities 职责:

1. Implement claim processes, standards and tools to meet strategic requirements

偏重于执行公司既定的理赔流程、标准和工具以达到公司的目标要求；

2. To settle claims (within a defined level of authorization) based on product sold and be a part of the product management of Muralla’s business

在既定的授权下，根据公司已售保险产品解决理赔案件，并参与曼福保险项目的产品管理；

3. Active role in the definition and leadehip in the implementation of case management internal procedures maximizing the use of automated tools

在理赔案件管理的内部流程制定和管理方面扮演积极的角色，最大化的使用自动化工具；

4. Facilitate claims reporting aiming the highest degree of automation

积极促进理赔报告系统达到高度的自动化；

5. Support in the definition and use of analytic methods and tools to monitor claim frequency, severity, case reserving, fraud detection, subrogation and customer satisfaction

在分析方法和各种分析工具的制定和使用方面提供支持，以便更好的监控频率、严重度、反欺诈调查、追偿和客户满意度；

6. Coordinate with RCA Qingdao Provide’ Network Manager the needs and management of provide for claims.

与路华救援青岛公司的供应商经理紧密合作，管理理赔供应商；

7. To audit claim files (within a defined level of authorization), supplie and vendo to evaluate performance

在既定授权下审核理赔的案件、材料、供应商和服务商以便评估其绩效；

8. Propose and implement (after validation by Muralla Claims Manager) Make corrective actio to improve claim and commercial results

在曼福理赔经理批准和验证后，对理赔方面的改进方案给予建议并执行。

Technical Qualificatio & Experience 技术背景和经验:

? Motor claim experience in case management -- automation, adjusting, reserving, fraud detection and subrogation

车辆理赔经验-自动化，定损，准备金，反欺诈调查和追偿；

? Strong skills in the management of teams and external service provide to deliver claim and commercial results

在管理内部团队和外部供应商方面需有较丰富的经验技巧；

? Knowledge in online and social media distribution customer claim behaviou

有在线和社交媒体方面客户理赔行为方面的知识；

? Experience in defining and designing automated claim system to support efficient case management

在制定和设计自动化理赔系统有一定经验；

? College degree in a related field (iurance, motor technical, digital,…) is an asset

相关专业如保险、汽车、电子商务等大学学历

Relatiohip Requirements 人际关系要求:

? Excellent communication skills

优秀的人际关系沟通技巧

? Ability to build good relatiohip within pee within various functional areas and Project Muralla；能够与各种职能区域和曼福保险项目团队紧密合作，建立并保持良好的合作关系；

? Strong knowledge of claim supplie and vendo

在理赔供应商方面有所了解

? Connectio into the technical functio and teams of the leading Chinese iurance companies

与中国一些知名保险公司的对口职能保持较好联系和人脉。

Languages 语言:

? Native Putonghua 普通话

? Oral and written English – working ability is a must 英语口语和书写能够作为工作语言

Minimum requirement 最低行业要求:

? 5+ yea motor claim experience

5年或以上汽车保险理赔经验

? 2+ yea management experience

2年以上的团队管理经验
