Role purpose
The Business Development Officer, ONCAMPUS US is an important role in the ONCAMPUS business with core respoibility for:
?Delivery of regional annual ONCAMPUS US sales targets for the markets of East China
?Contributing significantly to the development and implementation of the annual ONCAMPUS US Sales and Marketing plan in East China
?Working with ONCAMPUS US centres to assist students/agents with accommodation, pre-arrival and other after sales services
Core Duties
Sales Management Duties
?Achieve the regional ONCAMPUS US student recruitment target.
?Drive aggressive regional sales growth in line with the requirements of the ONCAMPUS US business plan.
?Assist the ONCAMPUS US Deputy Director, China to manage key account relatiohips with a network of recruitment agents.
?Provide training to agencies through regular visits and training sessio.
?Support agents’ promotional activities including fai, exhibitio and interview days.
?Support agent, student and Embassypoor visits to ONCAMPUS US centres.
?Collaborate with the wider Sales and Admissio teams to follow up enquiries and applicatio to convert and recruit new students.
?Deliver regular reports on sales and marketing activity and forecasts to ONCAMPUS US Deputy Director, China.
?Contribute to the evaluation and development of potential new partne and products.
Marketing Management Duties
?Take a lead role in development of sales channel development (e.g. direct recruitment, school partnehips) within the East China.
?Lead on regional marketing initiatives and contributing to business development.
?Monitor and report back on market and competitor developments and trends to inform Regional Manager and marketing strategy and the development of the ONCAMPUS US business.

?Achievement of the regional sales target for recruitment of ONCAMPUS US students.
?ONCAMPUS US yield (student volume) per agent per year agait defined regional targets.
?Conveion rates for ONCAMPUS US across Centre.
