OVERVIEW:
Gates is looking for a high-performing Oil & Gas aftermarket Business Development Manager (Engineering & Services) to help us meet our revenue growth objectives. Hehe will be respoible for developing and executing all growth initiatives, tactics and action pla in the aftermarket space in the Greater China region for E&S products and Services..
THE ROLE
Reports directly to the Dalian Sales Manager for E&S China and a dotted line to the Global E&S team in NA with a name TBD later. The aftermarket Business Development Manager will focus primarily on off-shore and land-based aftermarket opportunities in Greater China..
YOUR RESPOIBILITIES:
?Prepares action pla by individuals for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
?Initiates and coordinates development of action pla to penetrate new markets.
?Accomplish sales targets assigned.
?Assists in the development and implementation of marketing pla as needed.
?Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.
?Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applicatio submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.
?Maintai accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports .
?Creates and conducts proposal presentatio and RFP respoes.
?Controls expees to meet budget guidelines.

KEYS TO SUCCESS:
?Strong Oil & Gas aftermarket customer network, preferably in oil and gas, marine, mining or
?Strong interpeonal skill
?Undetand customer buying habit
?High level of entrepreneuhip
YOUR QUALIFICATIO:
?Minimum 5 yea proven sales experiences in aftermarket oil and gas with existing network to include COSL and other key playe in the China offshore market
?Proven track record for proactive sales and opportunity identification and puuit
?Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services and position them agait competito
?Sufficient technical acumen to make technical sales
?Diploma or univeity degree in business or engineering
?Strong computer skill in MS Office
?Excellent verbal and written communicatio skills
?Preferred dual language skill of Chinese and English since this peon will also be working with the Global team
