工作职责:
Key Job Respoibilities
1、根据公司销售目标,制定本领域营销计划并分解销售目标
Making sales pla and splitting team sales goals in terms of company-wide sales goals.
2、提供市场趋势、需求变化、竞争对手和客户反馈方面的准确信息;
Showing the management information about market trends, change in needs, competito and feedback from custome
3.负责公司产品的销售及推广;
Selling products and hyping products
2.根据市场营销计划,完成部门销售指标;
Achieving team sales goals based on departmental sales pla
3.开拓行业市场,增加产品占有率;
Developing business and getting market shares increased
4.负责本领域的销售队伍建设及业务开展工作;
Taking charge of sales team building and business development.
5.负责营销总部的销售政策的落实、各项制度的贯彻执行;
Respoible for implementation of sales policies and other related rules
6.直接参与主持重要客户的业务谈判及合同签订;
Getting involved in negotiation with important custome to sign contracts.
7.对下属人员的工作进行有效指导与考核;
Managing and motivating team membe
8.对下属人员进行业务培训;
Working as a coach for team membe
9.掌握各销售计划的完成情况并随时向销售总监汇报;
Following up implementation situation of sales pla and report to Sales Director
1.完成直接上级交办的其他的各项任务。

任职资格:
Qualificatio
1.专科及以上学历,熟悉 AGV\IDC\CELL\海外销售 市场;
Associate degree or above, Familiar with battery pack markets for AGV, IDC, Cell or oveeas battery pack market
2.具备一定的市场分析及判断能力,良好的客户服务意识
Have skills in market analysis and judgement, good customer serve see.
3.性格外向、反应敏捷、表达能力强,具有较强的沟通能力及交际技巧,具有亲和力;
Outgoing, sharp, good presentation, communication and interpeonal skills
4.具有3年以上销售经验【或者目标行业工作经验】,1年以上行业管理经验;
More than 3 yea of marketing experience in listed products and more than 1 yea of team management experience
5. 熟悉所负责区域的同类产品品牌情况及客户情况,并能够独立开发、后期维护好市场,不断增加公司产品的销量;
Familiar with the brand situation and competitor's situation of listed products, can imdependently develop and keep markets.
6. 有责任心,能承受较大的工作压力。
Respoible and can survive under pressure
7 负责海外市场的行业经理需要英文优秀,负责其他市场的不需要。
Candidates for oveeas business development gotta be excellent in English, but it's not necessary for the rest.
