POSITION: (TECHNICAL) SALES REPRESENTATIVE

1. Minimum Qualificatio:

？Primary: Grade 12 / N3 (including Maths and Science)

？Tertiary: National Diploma (Sales Management / Marketing) or

Degree in (Marketing & Sales) or

Relevant National Diploma / Degree in Engineering

2. Skills & Attributes

？Suitable candidate must be :

？Strong sales skills in both international and local market (predominantly international clients)

？Very strong communication skills – via email, and/or verbally

？Well presented,

？Professional approach in maintaining strong customer relatio,

？Comfortable with international sales and/or foreign currency orde,

3.1 Key Performance Areas:

？Sales Plan, Sales Forecasts, Sales Projectio,

？Canvas new custome, and clients

？Conduct aggressive sales (Direct and Indirect) – New and Existing Clients

？Customer Service, and Customer Relatio Management

？Conduct market research on new / existing production in the applicable market,

？Respond to Customer Requests, and new market developments

？Assist with customer complaints from time to time

？Attend to all Sales orde, and other general sales administration

？Work closely with rest of sales team

？Communicate to sales team on shipping order and/or international warehousing requirement,

3.2 Sound Knowledge and Experience

？Sales of Engineering / Technical products

？Past experience of having worked in sales of Technical Products

？International Sales (Advantageous)

？Undetanding of (Technical Manufacturing) factory working environment, and process applicable for shipping requirement (packing configuration and maximized space)

4. Practical Experience

？Minimum 1 – 2 yea’ experience in similar role

5. Reporting to:

？Sales Executive (China) or Sales Manager (SA)

6. Peonal Profile

？Well presented

？Strong written and verbal communication skills - (Mandarin and English)

？Willing to travel internationally for short periods at a time – clients visits and international shows

？Willing to travel locally (China)

？Takes initiative, and drive to meet required sales targets

？Willing to accept respoibility

？South African National (or) Chinese National

？Age Group: 25+

7. General

？Location: China Qindgao - Reporting to Sales Department in China and SA

？Position : Permanent

？Availability: Immediately

？W/Hou: T.B.C

？W/Days: Monday – Friday

？Salary: (￥ Chinese RMB) - Market Related
