职位描述:

1.Acquisition of new custome in new markets of Asia-Pacific.Increase of the business through successful management and coultation of the existing customer base.

开发亚太区新市场及新客户,对现有客户进行有效的管理和沟通,实现业绩的增长

2.Management and development of the business with existing key accounts, Continuously identify the market / account opportunities and develop sales strategies to support monthly/annual sales targets

管理及提升重点客户业务,依靠市场/客户的现况,制定/季度/年度销售的目标及销售策略

3.Support product management through project management, providing timely and quality market information from customepartne and competito.

通过项目管理及从客户/合作伙伴和竞争对手处获取的及时有用的市场信息来协助进行产品管理

4.Conducting, realization and monitoring sales planning to develop and execute account development strategies and goals and monthly monito its progress.

按照销售发展战略和目标来实施及监控销售计划,每月对销售进展进行管理及监控。

5.Coordinating and communicating with internal functio., Foster in-depth customer undetanding as well as sales procedures and toolkits through training and coaching Strengthen customer interactio together with handle.

公司内部相关职能部门的沟通与协调。通过培训及指导增强与客户的交流,让客户能深入了解销售相关规定及程序。

岗位要求:

1.Position Requires a Bachelor degree, Background in Medical Device Industry or B2B sales experience is prefer.

本科以上学历,具有医疗器械行业者或B2B销售经验者优先。

2.Minimum 3 yea related sales experience, preferably within the above mentioned area.

3年以上销售经验,有上述工作经验者优先。

3. Proficient English language skills required, requires ability to communicate in English with international custome.

具有流利的英文沟通能力,能与国际客户进行沟通。

4.Solution-based and cost –cocious thinking and undetanding.

具备较强的问题解决能力及具强的成本意识思想。

5.Self-management, result-oriented and able to work independently under pressure.

较强的自我管理能力,能够在压力下独立完成工作。

6.Self-confident appearance, social competence and team spirit, good communicator, well organized.

具有较强的自信心,社交能力和团队合作精神,良好的沟通及组织能力。

7.Good negotiation and presentation skills to eure sales growth, able to effectively interact with colleagues and functional peer groups.

具备优秀的谈判和表达技巧,与同事及相关团队一起合作,提升销售业绩。

8.Prepared for travel within China and abroad.

可接受国内外出差。

9.Good command of MS-Office.

熟悉Office等办公软件。

10.Undetand and able to use SAP is preferred.

熟悉并能操作SAP系统者佳。
