职位描述:
1).Build up the teamwork spirit in hehis staff, set up the business goal and peonnel improving goal for them, encourage hehis staff to work hard and briskly. Motivate or punish hehis staff when they behave well or bad. Help sales engineer in case of necessary to achieve the best business result. To be a coach of hehis sales engineer, trafer the technical knowhow and sales skill to them.
2) Manages assigned service sales portfolio to maximize secured sales, revenue, and growth objectives.
3) Increases market penetration in Service business by securing new custome and expanding the scope of the existing customer base business at key, target, managed and maintained accounts. Manages qualification and assessing potential custome and opportunities. Coistently seeks to expand the scope of business . Eures the development and maintenance of Italled base Pla.
4) Support from and communicates effectively with internal staff with Fulfillment team.
5) Coistent with the office business plan, provides sales focus and sets aggressive individual and team goals.
6) Executes the sales staffing plan ,Directs performance management of sales peonnel.
7) Eure all quotatio, inquiries and leads are followed up promptly. All leads generated by advertising and shows after qualificatio by sales forces are to be followed up to obtain new business.
8) Maintain required customer records and assist to update customer database on an irregular basis to substantially increase the number of custome on the mailing list.
?Bachelor Degree, Major in Engineering or Science
?5 yea previous experience in selling service proposal.
?2 yea experience in managing the sales team.
?Good command of English, both in oral and written.
?Team player, interface well with upper manage, pee, subordinates and custome.
?Strong Managerial Skills
?Strong negotiation skills and interpeonal skills
? Highly self-motivation and self- disciplinary
?Proficient MS-Office (At least proficient Excel, word, PowerPoint operation)
?- Working experience in vacuum application is preferred
