职位描述:
1. Do market analysis and target the clients group with clear strategy vision
2. Identify and qualify new opportunities with obvious potential
3. Prospect new clients through cold calling, networking, attending trade shows, etc.
4. Maintain and grow existing business sales by making initial presentatio; explaining service benefits
5. Prepare RFQ, proposals and presentatio
5. Manage Sales resources within their scope
6. Execute whole business cycle close with final payment receiving
7. Control and manage the customer matrix relatiohip with internal functio team invloving
8. Support regional director and local operation team, and other sales team membe for daily business issue, information sharing, etc.
9. Collaborate with the GKAMs of the Business Lines and KAMs on key account development
10. Collaborate on TREQ development (to be validated by final TREQ organizational memo)
11. Other tasks and respoibilities defined by Sales Director。
任职要求:
1.colleage degree.
2.5year+ experience in automotive, sales background is plus.
3.good English capability.
4.team work spirit with control and manage internal resource.
5.very strong internal/external communication skill.
6.good office skill.
7.familiar to T1 or OEM, 3rd parties service knowledge is plus.
8.1year+ team managing, PM experience is plus.
9.self motivation to work under high pressure.
