Create end user acceptance and specification offering within the targeted segments. Drive and implement marketing & sales activities for the selected market segments in line with agreed strategy. Work with key external influence to educate, inform and solicit support for new ABB ventures and technical development. Eure high levels of customer satisfaction and continuously monitor segment performance.
1.Strategy: Implements & reviews targeted segments strategy with specific action pla.
2.Targets: Respoible for achieving key sales targets in the specified market. Create detailed business plan and implements with regular follow up;
3.Market analysis: Monito market trends and recommends adjustments for the strategy and pla accordingly to meet changing market. Provide appropriate market information for long-to mid-term decision making;
4.Marketing: Communicate the end user value proposition for the target segments. Support regional sales team to have an effective perception of the target segments.
5.Account management: Respoible for some key accounts in relevant fields;
6.Customer Relatiohip: Identify, build and maintain strong relatiohips with key custome in the target segment. Follows up ABB’s performance in fulfilling their needs and communicate deficiencies and/or opportunities to respective business units/product group;
7.Contracts & negotiatio: Work closely with relevant sales team to help in the identification and capture of future business. Drive the capture of end usethird party agreement. Helps negotiate complex legal & commercial frame agreement.
8.Reporting: Reports by segment to accurately measure progress and use common tools to identify future opportunities.
1.Minimum of Bachelor Degree in engineering is required
2.Excellent written and oral communication skills required
3.Minimum of 4-5 yea of MV/LV system sales experience are preferred
4.Prior technical training or presentation experience
5.Good presentation, selling and interpeonal skills
6.Proven ability to work as a member of a collaboration sales team
7.Very good knowledge and undetanding of MV/LV system
8.PC skills, good command of Microsoft Office
