？ 实现即定的年度销售目标

Achieve yearly sales target per agreed

？ 寻找新的潜在客户和现有客户的需求信息

Search for new information about potential clients and existed clients

？ 主动搜索/吸引/会见潜在客户推动新业务的发展

Proactively searching / attracting / meeting with potential clients to drive the new business development

？ 发展ISS现有客户服务,配合IFM的解决方案

Develop existed clients in ISS Service and cooperate with them in IFM solution

？ 了解客户需求,与任何潜在客户建立有效的销售策略

Undetand the client needs, set up effective sales strategy on any potential client

？ 约见潜在客户，做好成本核算及成本分析，准备相关计划书

Set up meeting with potential customer, make costing and breakdown, prepare proposals.

？ 准备任何销售活动,确保专业方法包括但不限于网站演示,客户会议等

Well preparation before any sales activities to eure professional approach which includes but not limited to site demo, client meeting, etc.

？ 负责服务合同的谈判（具备价格谈判的能力）

Main negotiato to get service contracts (ability to negotiate the price).

关注数据，掌握自身业务及市场动态

？ 与重要客户保持业务合作关系，掌握市场参与主体的动态.

Maintain relatiohips with key client to undetand the actio of major market player

？ 负责管辖区域的市场调研、竞争对手信息、整合数据库，完成分配的业务额

Marketing survey of own area, undetand competito info, integrate database, achieve the allocated GM target.

？ 实施市场相关领域的研究，确定整体营销和销售支持策略

Implement market research studies on relevant segments and support the overall marketing & sales strategy

？ 基于有效的沟通建立及时、准确销售信息

Build up / timely update the sales funnel accurately based on efficient communication
