Respoibility
1. Manage daily operation in terms of sales maintenance and development.
2. Maintain running business and develop new business to reach company target.
3. Grow and retain existing accounts by presenting new solutio and services to clients.
4. Maximize and defend existing businesses and market share to achieve sales target.
5. Identify new opportunities and take initial process to get in.
6. Make business plan and achieve annual sales target.
7. Interact and coordinate with relative teams for maximum benefits.
8. Promote company to custome and develop/maintain customer relatiohip.
9. Problem solving with proper action on customer complai.
10. Frequent travelling in China region.
11. Follow up itruction from the supervisor.
Education & Qualificatio
1. Bachlor degree or above, major in business prefered.
2. Minimum 5 year’s sales experience in B2B company.
3. Knowledgeable of the small parts and industrial standard (DIN, ISO, GB, AI, FE…) is an advantage.
4. Must have experience of business development and customer maintenance towards international company.
5. Strong at presentation and negotiation with custome in both Cinese and English. Must be able to read and undetand itructio in English.
6. Good computer literacy in English office environment.
