JOB SUMMARY:

1. The Sales Representative has to co-work with China regional distributo to do the business development and implement the agreed sales strategies & tactics to achieve sales and campaign target.销售代表需与经销商合作完成新客户开发，销售计划和方案制定以达成销售与活动目标。

2. Collect and feedback market information, industry dynamic and named account mainte***ce.收集和反馈市场数据及行业动态，及重点客户的维护。

3. Supports marketing communication efforts, executes the marketing communication programs. 支持市场营销事务，执行市场营销计划。

4. Provided technical support to all distributo and custome with pre-planning of experiments, application enquiries,troubleshooting as well as provide application training to how to use all CAG Veterinary In-House-Diagnostics (IHD) products.为经销商和客户提供技术产品的前期实验，应用查询，故障诊断以及提供相关培训如何使用IDEXX小动物诊断产品。

5. Conduct periodic meetings with distributo to help engage them in the launch of new products as well as application trainings and troubleshooting issues. 与经销商进行定期会议,帮助他们参与新产品的推出以及提供应用和故障诊断问题的相关培训。

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPOIBILITIES:

1. Coordinates with distributo to achieve the sales target through execution of sales pla and programs. 与经销商合作完成销售计划和方案以达成销售目标。

2. Build strong relatiohip with custome and keep current and potential custome informed on products or services.制定计划拜访宠物医院，介绍并指导客户正确使用公司产品,确保现有及潜在客户了解公司产品及服务

3. Proactively leverage internal resources (CAG Marketing, Technical Support and Itrument Service function) to deliver the committed service level to external custome together with the distributo.

积极利用内部资源(小动物事业部市场、技术支持和仪器服务部门)与经销商共同向外部客户提供高质量的服务。

4. Maintain visit records and generates the reports, presentatio and provide related market information. 维护拜访记录，制作报表、简报或提供市场动态信息。

5. Other tasks assigned by supervisor.主管安排的其他任务。

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIO:

EDUCATION:

1. Graduated from Bachelor degree and majoring in Veterinary /Animal Medicine.本科学历及以上兽医/动物医学专业。

EXPERIENCE

1. Sales experience in pet health care market will be an advantage.具有宠物医疗相关销售经验优先。

2. Clinical experience in animal hospitals will be a plus.具有临床兽医师工作经验优先。
