职位描述:
A、职责概述 Respoibility Overview:
This role performs a variety of activities supporting and enhancing the quality of customer service from order receiving to goods shipment and customer payment as so to achieve sales goals and objectives. Potential big customer relatiohip management.
B、职责描述 Respoibility Description:
1. Commercial document management: sales contract, price agreement, quotatiooffe to customer, update and follow up with manage; Commercial documents archive set up;
2. Contract Review coordination: need to coordinate with sales, logistics and production peonnel for contract exectution; Communicate with custome if there is deviation;
3. Prepare sales contract (sometimes quotatio) to custome;
4. Make order confirmation, delivery notes and post goods issue in SAP;
5. Support AR collecting with sales;
6. Make sales reports periodically as per request;
7. Quality complaints collection and hand over to relative peonnel;
8. Manage free sample reports whenver it is assigned;
9. Assist sales manager in daily arrangement such as meeting schedule, business travelling customer visiting arrangement, meeting rooms etc.if needed;
10. Attend internal meetings and other activities and prepare meeting minutes if necessary.
11. Other tasks assigned by supervisor.
任职要求:
1. Required Degree: Bacholar or above.
2. Working Experience: fresh graudate or 1 - 3 yea relevent working experience.
3. Language: Fluent oral and written English; German is a plus as the 2nd.
4. Computer: Good in office softwares Excel, PPT, Outlook.
5. Software: SAP applicatoin. Training is available
