THERMOPLASTIC INJECTION MOULD DESIGNER SENIOR

Reason:

To enhance the area industrialization molds for thermoplastic materials together with the business expaion and trafer of stamping processes in order to manage local supplie at oveeas locatio, follow the advances both technically by Planning, coordinating as many figures in new oveeas locatio where we will manage internal molding

Skills:

? feasibility analysis of new products.

? defining the specificatio of the moulds for quotation request

? identify foreign supplie and their management on site

? analysis PFMEA fit draft and updates.

? Check tooling projects made internally or from external supplie and its optimization in close collaboration with IND IT-SUPPLIE-FINAL PRODUCTION PLANT

? definition of maintenance pla and parts lists.

? production support in problem solutio aimed at improving the efficiency of processes and technical/qualitative problems arose.

? monitoring of planning.

Special requests:

? mechanical engineering degree.

? 5-10 yea experience in designing and manufacturing plastic molds (preferably abroad)

? detailed knowledge of workshop/tooling for tooling plastics

? using 3D CAD systems preferably PROENGINEECREO PARAMETRIC.
