1.本科学历以上,有三年以上纺织印染工作经验；

2.工作认真负责，有上进心

3.能熟练操作办公软件与SAP系统

4.书面英语与口语都较为熟练

5.苏州大学纺织工程专业毕业生优先考虑

职责描述：

1.Implement FV group and FVC HSE pulicy and procedure, support other departments on OHSAS18001 and ISO14001 audit project, improve 5S and keep zero incident of RD department.

2. Develop recipes with lab equipment for new products for custome according to sales requirement to fulfill IN sale target.

3. Trial new recipes on CB5/6 CP2 and continuous improve the recipes.

4. Support production department on binder & paste making and process control and quality & front-to-back yield improvement.

5. Issue quality standard on raw materials and finish products to QA department, keep IN products high quality and good reputation.

6. Initial local raw material standard, develop local raw material supplie, trial local raw materials to challenge the low cost.
