Essential Job Duties:
?Maintai organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; coueling manage on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes.
?Prepares employees conducting orientation and training plan.
?Eures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work performance, scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; coueling employees and superviso.
?Maintai employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends; recommending benefit programs to management; directing the processing of benefit claims.
?Eures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource bureau and labor law requirements; maintaining records; representing the organization at hearings.
?Maintai management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
?Maintai historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.
?Completes human resource operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
?Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Qualificatio Needed for Successful Performance of Job Respoibilities:
1、Bachelor degree or above
2、Good written / verbal language skills in English and Chinese
3、Good communication and problem solving skills, able to deal with emergencies effectively and timely
4、Proactive, quick thinking, self-motivated, have a strong see of respoibility, good at communication and team work
5、Proficient with Microsoft office and HRIS, such as ORCAL, CITYRAY and Workday etc.
6、Have MNC work experience and at least 5 yea HR management work experience.
