DESCRIPTIORESPOIBILITIES:Job Description岗位职责

1.负责公司财务计划和成本分析工作

2.与各部门合作编制财务预算报表

3.编制周/月度财务报表并分析各成本项目及影响

4.与各成本部门分析其成本费用及实施管控以提高公司效益

5.编制及分析客户利润表, 与销售及报价部门共同分析各客户产品成本及报价的合理性

6.分析客户报价与实际损益表的差异，并和运营生产部门共同合作从而达到报价的要求

岗位要求

1.会计/财务专业，大专以及以上学历

2.4年左右财务经验，制造业成本分析经验优先

3.CET4及其以上, 英文读写流利，听说良好者优先

4.学习能力良好, 抗压性较强

5.外向, 沟通协调能力强, 能很好的与其他部门沟通及协作

Job description

1. In charge of plant's FP&A job, follow and tracking all costs/facto which impact company performance

2. Mainly focus on Weekly/Monthly P&L preparation and analysis

3. Preparing rolling P&L forecast every month end

4. Preparing customer P&L and deeply analysis customer performance by P/N level

5. Prepare Quote vs Actual analyze to identify the gap and drive to meet the quotation;

Job requirement

1. Major in finance, Bachelor degree

2. More than 4 yea MNC experience is preferred

3. CET-4 above, English reading and writing is ok

4. Quick learner, can work under pressure

5. Outgoing, can get well along with other department
