We are looking for an experienced Legal Couel to deal with cases related to foreign investment in China, mainly on IP and corporate law.The Legal Couel will liaise with our international clients and will work closely our foreign lawye.

Requirements:

- Degree in Law in China, solid legal back ground.

- Previous experience working on cases related to IP and PRC Foreign Investment law.

- At least one year experience working as a lawyer or intern lawyer.

- Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin.

- English as working language, can draft legal documents in English without problem.

- Knowledge of Spanish language is not a must but shall be taken into coideration.

- Willing to make a career in legal service.
