4、Capable to develop and maintain strategic pla including sales budget

Job Description职位描述

1、Make sales plan and drive sales towards company goals and budgets.

制定销售计划，推动销售，达到公司目标和预算；

2、Proactively seek new project opportunities.

主动寻求新的项目机会；

3、Master the latest technology knowledge of company products through self-studying and training, and give the best solutio after analyzing the requirement of custome;

通过自学及培训掌握本公司产品的***知识，分析客户的需求给出***方案；

4、Use IT tools, e.g. Excel, to record, analyze, and forecast sales figures and forward planning to maximize profits.

运用IT工具，例如Excel，来记录、分析和预测销售数据及远期规划来实现利润最大化；

5、Provide timely weekly, monthly and annual sales report to General Manager.

及时完成周报、月报和年度销售报表并汇报给总经理；

6、Implement sales goals and marketing strategies in cooperation with General Manager.

协助总经理合作实现公司销售目标及营销策略；

7、Respoible for generation of new customer sales and customer retention, business development within industries relevant to CIDAN Group.

负责CIDAN集团相关产品的新客户开发及维护，业务发展；

8、Maintain overall awareness of market trends, customer initiatives & competito reaction to the market

保持对市场趋势的整体意识，客户需求和竞争对手的市场反应；

9、Maintain overall awareness of technical development within sheet metal processing industry, with focus on machines within CIDAN Machinery portfolio.

保持对钣金加工行业技术发展的整体意识，关注CIDAN机械的投资组合；

10、Through hands on approach cotantly develop and improve own ability to perform demo bending of metal sheets.

通过动手实践，不断发展和提高自己的现场演示折弯能力；

11、Maintain and develop corporate image, reputation and brand identification by participating in suitable marketing activities, promotio, displays and events.

12、Cooperate with external sales distributo, agencies and partne.

13、Safeguard the overall service satisfactio from the custome, being accountable for after service, identifying or resolving urgent issues and complaints from custome promptly.

14、Other duties itructed from time to time by the direct supervisor of the Employee.
