Role Description:
? Work on resolving production support issues
? Follow up all issues to closure
? Take preventive measure to prevent severity incidents
? Perform production support activities by providing issue analysis and resolution within the specified SLA, depending on the severity of the issue.
? Develop tools for debugging and troubleshooting
? Prepare reports on application stability
? Perform root cause analysis of incidents
? Coordinate with IT Service Centre for resolution of issues
? Eure that back up and disaster recovery pla are executed
? Manage incident data in Remedy
? Participate in new projects/application reviews
Technical Skill Requirement:
? Linux, Unix, Shell Scripting
? JBOSS / TOMCAT
? JAVA/J2EE
? Web server Apache / WebSphere
? Oracle DB / DB2
Soft Skill Requirement:
? Good Communication skill
? English communication skill
