职位描述:
Main Accountabilities:
1, Regular visit to potential clients for engineering programs in China, including ICE , tramission and electronic safety function engineering program for all OEMs in China.
2, Carry out sales planning and achieve the sales targets, including engineering programs for test bench and local engineering programs
3, Make sure the account receivables on time, including defining and implement payment on time, and solutio to client complaining, and project change notice communication
4,Clients relatiohip management, including high level technical communication and commercial discussion with decision maker in OEMs, to undetand their desire and requirements on time, and to build up peonal relatiohip with high level management
5, Work closely with project management team to make sure the technical and commercial communication effectively to avoid the difference between customer respect and actual engineering program
6, Lead technical and commercial communication with clients. When visiting clients, lead technical discussion to meet clients technical requirements, and commercial discussion to meet their program budget
7, Regular communication with other MAHLE Powertrain regio to share market information
8, build up good relatiohip with MAHLE other BUs and coordinate the technical discussion with clients together with other BU colleagues when necessary
Qualification Requirement:
1. Major in Engineering and Automotive-Engine/Tramission is a plus;
2.At least 5 yea work experience in a large SOE, JV or multinational companies related to engine design, commercial trucks, new energy automobile, tramission system, software and control for engine and tramission; work experience in multi-national companies is a plus;
3.Work experience in sales or sales supporting department, very good sales mentality and undetanding the sales process;
4.Outstanding communication skills and be able to establish business relatiohip with people at the top management or decision-making level;
5.Positive, peistent and open-minded; Be mature and creative in dealing with sales issues;
6.Intercultural communication skills;
7.Self motivator and always feel respoible ;
8.Good Team Player
9.Good English communication skill, good English technical undetanding and computer skills (i.e. MS Office and MS Project).
