Salary: 9000 + bonus

Position overview: respoible of managing the backroom running efficiently and smoothly, supporting front selling to accomplish company’s sales target.

1. Assit backroom superviso to run backroom

2. Assit superviso at front to selling balloo

3. Managing cash collecting and safe keeping

4. Communicating with cast membe, knowing their opinio, traforming to management level

5. Cooperating with management level to create vigorous, happy working environment.

6. Assist all cast membe training requirement by Theme Park

7. Maintenance Theme Park and company’s image, working place neat, services are operative

8. Maintain and develop team work spirit between all cast membe

9. Assist enrollment, shift arrangement, cash administrative ; loss proofecurity and sales etc.

10. Abide to Theme Park and company’s code of conduct

11. Always being sincere and respective to all Theme Park guests and cast membe

12. Encouraging all cast membe to do our work with fair, integrity and reliable

Relevant requirements/experiences:

1. Emphasis on details, always guests and job the fit priority

2. Having competent ability on time and organization

3. Team work spirit, had successful experience

4. Retailervice experience 3+ preferable

5. Eligible and efficient communicating ability

6. Flexible working time, especially on weekend, holidays and night shift

7. Speaking and reading English is demanded
