职位描述:
Respoibilities:
?Support HRD to develop and implement HR strategies, targets and activity pla in line with Company strategies
?Work closely with management team to leverage leadehip
?Build up strong succession platform though efficient recruitment & selection activities, training, leadehip programs, etc.
?Create and maintain an open and positive working climate in line with Company vision, mission, value, drive, etc.
?Set up and carry out HR policies to keep HR system running smoothly.
?Support HRD on managing good employee relatiohips in compliance with government laws and regulatio, and providing Company a good and efficient working environment.
?Strengthen communication at all level internally and externally
?Support China HRD on other required tasks.
Requirements
?Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or relevant subjects
?Over 5 yea’ experience in managing human resources activities in multinational companies
?Strategic thinking with business acumen
?Strong leadehip, communication, interpeonal and problem solving skills
?Undetanding / Knowledge on business / commercial environment
?Compreheive knowledge of PRC labor laws and regulatio
?Good command of computer literacy in Microsoft Office
?Good verbal and written English and Chinese
?Preferred relevant experience in pharmaceutical industry
