7.Major Respoibilities
A.Recruitment & Onboarding of new hired - 50% of time
?Assess role requirement and prepare Job Analysis.
?Support hiring manager in preparing Job Description, realign into GPS format.
?Administrator for all manpower requisition in the Kenexa system, from the start till closing the position.
?Write advertisement draft and liaise with all recruitment channel (Linkedin, local advertisement channel, internal referral programme etc).
?Collate and review all applicants, and support hiring manager in CV shortlisting.
?Support hiring manager in shortlisting candidates using applicant telephone screening form and invite short listed candidates to face-to-face interviews.
?Support hiring manager in completing interview guide (Technical and Soft skills) based on behavioural based interviews.
?Conduct interviews with the hiring manager and complete the applicant interview scoring form.
?Obtain references check.
?Co-ordinate with hiring manager in making final hiring decision.
?Propose salary offer and obtain approval from the HR Manager.
?Contact candidate for final offer and draft employment contract for HR Manager approval.
?Support hiring manager in preparing on boarding plan for new hired and follow up on boarding status till completion.
?Conduct new hired orientation.
?Create employee ID in the IDV system.
?Administrator for HR Portal and update employee listings and TBA list, recruitment cost and recruitment channel.
?Liaise with Departmental Manager in contract renewal for all employees.
?Liaise with new hired and departmental manager for confirmation of employment or exteion of probationary period..
B.Training - 30 % of time
?Support HR Manager in identifying training needs analysis and compile training plan.
?Update training list in the portal on a monthly basis.
?Liaise with Finance to align training budget agait monthly forecast.
?Source training provider, request for quotation and training contents.
?Review training contents with departmental manager and finalise with training provider.
?Support departmental manager in LMS skills dialogue in identifying skills gap.
?Upon completion of every training, follow up and review training effectiveness evaluation.
?Align training requirements in accordance with GPS training priorities and ISO/TS 16949 standards.
?As an administrator of LMS, update staff’s training attendance, skill improvement status and assigning LMS coues as and when necessary.
C.General Admin & Employee Relatio - 20 % of time
?Monthly admin payment arrangement and input into BPCS meanwhile to do cost analysis on admin expees, which include telephone fee, water fee, car & lease fee, management fee, expatriate administrative fee, Shanghai & Lang Fang warehouse miscellaneous fee, etc.
?Maintain office visual board, suggestion box and office 5S.
?Process name card application and arrange for printing with external vendor.
?Conduct employee activities and HR initiatives, such as birthday party, core brief, annual dinner, mini-ECI, sports and recreational activities, welfare activities etc.

9. Education & Qualificatio
9a. Essential
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or administration
9b. Desirable
?Master Degree in Human Resource or Management
?HR professional certificate
10. Key Skills
10a. Essential
?Excellent computer skills i.e. Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
?Excellent communication skills, strong influence and interpeonal skills
?Familiar with Chinese labour law
?Good in English & Mandarin etc (both oral and written)
10b. Desirable
?A certified trainer.
?Excellent analytical skills.
?Good in public speaking and influencing skills.
11. Experience
11a. Essential
?At least 3 yea working experience in recruitment.
?Experience in General Admin.

?Experience in automotive industry.

?Office base
?Up to 20% of travelling within China (Lang Fang and Shanghai Warehouse) as and when necessary
