Fundraising Assistant

at GS-6 level for a fixed-term appointment in Beijing

We’re looking for a diligent and motivated new staff member for our Partnehip and Fundraising team. Under the direct supervision of a Corporate Alliance Specialist, the incumbent will support the implementation of established strategies and activity pla for acquiring corporate partnehips in China.

Key respoibilities

Support in the acquisition of new corporate partnedono, and assist in providing account support and donor care to corporate partnedono. This entails:

?Research and recommend lists of targeted prospects

?Submit online corporate screening on agreed target lists and keep regular updates of the screening status of existing partne and active prospects

?Arrange/accompany fundraising team membe to meetings and do follow up work leading to partnehip acquisition

?Support in developing corporate pitch documents

?Support in preparing MOUs/Agreements for signing with corporate partnedono.

?Maintain good rapport with peonnel of partnedono

?Finalize UNICEF related content in publication materials and joint corporate events

?Monitor outstanding donation commitments of partnedono

?Execute ad hoc assignments as needed, and back up team membe for administration and operation related works

Qualificatio

?Bachelor Degree in Marketingales/CommunicatioPEconomics or related fields that require an undetanding of research

?Six yea of working experience in sales/marketing/Presearch or related fields, of which at least one year is closely related to direct support to clients on communicatioales/marketing or related activities.

?Fluency in English and Mandarin

?Nationality of P.R. China
