职位描述:
岗位职责:
1. Liaise with all custome, keep good communication connection, improve customer satisfaction. 联系所有客户,保持良好的沟通联系,提高客户满意度
2. Work with customer SQE to better undetanding the quality status on customer side. 与客户质量工程师合作,更好地理解客户端质量状态
3. Deal with custome’ complaints and monitor the problem-solving process. 处理客户投诉和监控问题解决过程
4. Support custome’ production used on time. 支持客户生产使用及时。
5. Organize and coordinate customer training at custome’ plant. 在客户工厂组织协调客户培训。
6. Perform return analysis and 8D-report, prepare monthly EPPM report. 对返工品进行分析并形成8D报告,准备月度外部PPM质量报告。
7. Involve quality improvement activities. 参与质量改进活动
8. Negotiate warranty compeation with custome. 与客户协商保证补偿。
9. Visit customer site to provide on-site technical support. 在客户现场提供现场技术支持
10. Other tasks as assigned by the Quality Supervisor. 其它工作听从质量主管安排
任职要求:
1. Bachelor degree and above ; 全日制本科学历及以上
2. 3 year relevant working experience in automotive industry, automotive leather experience is plus; 汽车行业3年以上从业经验,尤其是汽车皮革经验
3. Knowledge of IATF 16949;了解 IATF16949(原ISO/TS 16949)相关知识
4. Good command of English in both written and spoken; 英语对话和书写能力良好
