Job Description：职位描述1. Work and achieve the sales target, control the sales cost. 根据公司市场营销战略，提升销售价值，控制销售成本，扩大产品在所负责区域的销售，积极完成销售量指标，扩大产品市场占有率。 2. Acquire all necessary product knowledge to maintain superior customer service support. 快速学习并能熟练掌握产品的各类相关知识，能解答客户的各类咨询问题。 3. Visit custome regularly, maintain and develop customer relatiohip, promote company’s products and image.

定期拜访客户，与客户保持良好沟通，实时把握客户需求。 4. Sales order processing from placing order to receiving payment. 根据公司产品、价格及市场策略，独立处置询价、报价、合同条款的协商及合同签订等事宜。在执行合同过程中，协调并监督公司各职能部门操作。 5. Rapid and fast feedback of the marketing and products news so that the company can make the newest sales strategies. 动态把握市场信息，定期向公司提供市场分析及预测报告。

6. Gather competito’ information as required. 收集竞争对手信息和用户意见，对公司营销策略、售后服务等提出参考意见。

7. Market the company and products through different medias, develop new custome. 主动利用多种渠道去推介公司信息和产品，开拓新的销售渠道和新客户。 8. Plan marketing activities like exhibition, seminar, and make budget. 市场活动策划，包括展会、行业会议等，制定预算并保证顺利展开活动。 9. Commissioning and training handle and solve all after-sale service and products related technical issues.

负责设备的安装，试机及相应的培训，处理各种售后及产品相关的技术问题。 10. Is required to give quality control support also. 根据需要，负责一些产品质量管控的工作。

Requirements： 要求 1. Male at age from 25 to 30. ***优先，年龄25-30岁。 2. Bachelor with mechanical major. 全日制本科，机械相关领域专业。 3. More than 2 yea working experience. Working experience in rigging /hydraulic industry and foreign company is preferred.两年以上相关工作经验，有外企及索具/液压行业工作经验者优先。 4. Fluent in written and spoken English required. Strong computer skills in CAD/ Excel/Word/PPT/Outlook, etc. 英语读写及口语沟通无障碍，熟练使用office软件及制图软件。 5． Excellent business minded, customer centric. Quality and cost cocious. 具有客户服务意识，出色的商业头脑，以及强烈的质量和成本管控意识。 6. Skilled to multi-task in a fast paced environment & take direction well and exercise problem solving ability to facilitate company growth. 能适应快节奏的工作环境，有出色的解决问题的能力。 7. Can manage multiple priorities, and flexible to cotantly change schedule and priorities. 能同时处理多项不同工作，自主安排任务的优先级及主次，并能随时根据实际情况进行调整。 8. Individual must be initiative and able to work independently; quicker learner, energetic, proactive, neat, organized, loyal, integrity, honest, communicative, expressive, and hardworking, team player with excellent interpeonal and negotiation skills. With enthusiasm and high motivation at work. High level of patient, having a feeling for details.
