Quality Controller

We are looking for someone in Foshan area who has experience in judging upholstery materials. Upholstery materials we use are fabrics, leather and PU. This job will be combined with QC Chai.

For our supplie of these upholstery materials we are looking for a controller who can check production in accordance with our quality requirements. The results must be clearly communicated to our office in The Netherlands. These tests take place between production and shipment. The characteristics of the upholstery materials need to be tested and checked before shipping, but also the way of shipping/loading need to be approved and in accordance with the office in The Netherlands. The controller also needs to test during production so he can take action in time, if necessary, to avoid problems.

Also the purchase orde and the delivery times or possible delays need to be noted in the orde.

The controller will also search for new possibilities at other supplie in order of the office in The Netherlands.

The Quality Controller will be a key figure between the office in The Netherlands and the supplie in China.

Job description QC upholstery materials

- Respoible for the quality of all upholstery materials leaving from China

-Respoible for testing and checking upholstery materials at the supplie

-Eure that our quality requirements are followed

- Follow up production and report to office in The Netherlands

- Work closely together with the office in The Netherlands

-Follow up purchase orde, delivery times and process this in the system and keep this up to date

-Support R&D team Habufa Netherlands (visit new factories and source new materials)

Job description QC chai

- Respoible for the Habufa standard quality.

- Check samples and new productio

- Enforcing our standards in quality during a full check or a check according to AQL.

- Communicating with the Head QC to inform him/her daily about the production status and possible changes.

- Making a weekly QC report and discuss this with the Head QC regarding checked quantities, approved, rejected or improved.

Requested qualificatio / experience

-At least 2 yea (working) experience with upholstery materials (fabrics, leather and PU) and at least 2 yea experience in quality control of furniture.

-Technical undetanding of materials such as PU, fabric, leather, steel and stainless steel and experience in stainless steel products and upholstered products.

-Take respoibility.

-English and Mandarin speaking and writing is a must.

-Could accept flexible working hou.

-Be a fast learner and be able to work under pressure.

-Could cooperate with supplie and colleagues to achieve the assigned with high efficiency.

-Has a good feeling with European and in general Western standards is required.

-Ability to travel between city's

- Respoibility of work, proactive behavior and able to work under high pressure

- Acts and works independently and manage time according to the task
