Primary Duties and Respoibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

Shipping Specialist:

1.Contact the truck company arrange delivery

2.Arrange domestics and international shipments

3.Prepare shipping documents and forward the documents to customs clearance agency

4.Customs declaration for all domestics and international goods including the customs system registration work

5.Handling Customs quarterly ipection

6.Prepare monthly logistics budget

7.Logistics procedure review and other related work

Customer Service Specialist:

1.Processes customer orde and relays orde for production and shipment activity.

2.Customer Service procedure review and other related work

3.Handling basic customer request (phone calls and emails)

4.Other work may have related with CS

Essential Abilities, Experience, Skills:

1.At least 1 year of experience working in Logistic area and familiar with the customs declaration system

2.Bachelor or equivalent required.

3.Able to follow written and verbal itructio in English. Pass marks on English standardized exam, CET-6.

4.Working knowledge of compute and MS Office software.

5.Undetanding of the ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management Standard is preferred
