DESCRIPTIORESPOIBILITIES:

Job Description

* Manage appropriate staffing and inventory levels.

* Establish clear measurable goals and objectives to determine

individual and team results (i.e. operational KOI, knowledge of

operational roles and respoibilities, results agait project

timelines).

* Drive individuals and the team to continuously improve in key

operational KOI and in the achievement of the custome and Customer

Focus team goals.

* Provide on going feedback to Funtional Manage of the team membe

contribution to the Customer Focus team.

* Supervise production staff on work method and quality checkpoints.

* Co-ordinate with other departments and other Flextronics sites to

drive for excellence.

* Coordinate efforts of operatio team by establishing procurement,

production and engineering services policies and practices.

* Eure ISO and safety standards are adhered to.

* Report to leadehip team in weekly operatio reviews.

* Coach and mentor Operatio leadehip.

* Coordinate activities of large teams and keep them focused in times

of crises.

* Leverage industry practices and apply to internal systems and

processes.

* Implement appropriate HR strategies and actio to recruit and retain

a qualified and motivated workforce.
