客户服务代表
Respoibilities:
-Handle/co-ordinate various booking release
-Handle customer queries/complaints and eure customer orderequirements or daily follow up clearly traferred to all concerned parties
-Raise system improvements to prevent problems from recurring and to recommend solutio to potential problems and improvements to the system
-Carry out all relevant duties as outlined in the Company procedures and policies
-Perform any other job duties assigned by immediate supervisor and management
Requirements:
-Univeity graduate, major in International Trade/Foreign Trade is preferred
-3 yea working experience in Liner Company is preferred
-Be familiar with MS Office
-Fluent in spoken and written English (CET6 or above)
-Pleasant peonality, customer focus and tactful telephone calls handling skills
-Carefulness
