Job Description

1. 负责公司员工（主要是聋哑及残联员工）的心理咨询及企业EAP工作;Daily psychological coultation and EAP（especially for People with disabilities(PWD)）。

2. 园区内心理健康知识的普及与推广, 包括在线案例分享及宣传栏等形式; Psychological heath knowledge promotion, share the information through online and notice boards or other items.

3. 负责向员工提供专业的心理咨询/辅导及心理培训课程; Psychological training;

4. 策划心理辅导相关的培训与活动，定期开展心理咨询讲座和团体辅导; Plan and organize all kinds of psychological activities;

5. 心理咨询热线的管理及提供相关报告; Hot line service for psychological aid

6. 建立心理档案，针对个员工进行心理咨询、提出解决方案; Set the employee psychological file-management

Job Requirements *

1. 懂手语翻译者,有与残联人士做心理咨询经验者更佳; Skill in sign language. Experience in coueling with PWD are preferred.

2. 热爱心理学，已通过劳动部心理咨询师资格考试，取得二级以上（含二级）证书者；Enthusiasm in psychology, passed psychological couelor certificate exam, 2nd grade or above

3. 大专以上学历,主修心理学、教育学、医学、或社会工作专业者；有教育、咨询行业经验，能独立策划开办讲座。Junior colleague or above, major in psychology, education, medicine, social work; experience in education and coultation, capable of holding lectures independently

4. 大专学历要具有三年以上心理咨询实践工作经验，积累有大量案例者；特别优秀的本科学历以上应届毕业生可以考虑 .At least 3 y experience in psychology coultation, handle multiple cases，

5. 要具有敬业精神，团队精神，热爱心理咨询工作者；Devoting to work, team work spirit, enthusiasm in psychological coultation

6. 观察力敏锐，善解人意、善于沟通、有较强的倾听能力、亲和力、自我调控能力；Good at observation and communication, undetanding, kind and self-control

7. 有企业EAP、企业管理经验、心理咨询案例及学校教学经验者优先；Experience at enterprise EAP, enterprise management, psychological coultation or teaching at schools is preferred

8. 能独立完成工作，具有较强的责任感，能遵循心理咨询职业道德及职业原则；Working dependently, respoible, strictly follow principles of psychological coultation

9. 诚实守信，具有良好的道德情操及团队精神; Worth trusting, keep promise

10. 注重自我成长与专业知识的增长;Emphasize on self-development and professional knowledge

11. 英语听说读写熟练者优先考虑;Skills / capacity in reading and writing English are preferred.
