I.Job Summary:

The Production Engineer will execute and support on assigned projects or areas to eure the process/product of Lowe’s vendo’ factory is designed, procured, and manufactured in accordance with customer and Lowe’s quality requirements. This position will execute product quality assurance activities including but not limited to ipection plan development, effective implementation of quality management system, product review, manufacturing quality and process improvement such as defect prevention and waste elimination, customer quality and manufacturing problem resolution, customer retur reduction projects to improve product quality, reduce cost of poor quality (COPQ) and improve customer satisfaction.

II.Required Minimum Qualificatio:

?Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or other technical sciences is required. 本科以上理工科学历

?3 to 5 yea working experience in the field of quality assurance, managing vendor quality assurance activities in well-managed buying offices or factories. 3-5 年以上质量保证，供应商质量管理经验

?Collaboration and project management skills to eure successful implementation of quality management system, continuous improvement and sales return reduction project, etc. 质量管理系统，持续改进及减少销售退回项目管理经验

?Familiar with product development with solid experience on product design quality assurance, design for manufacturing, key product/process characteristics. 熟悉新产品开发设计的主要流程

?Strong knowledge and experience of implementing ISO9001 and TS16949. 熟练掌握ISO9001及 TS16949

?Strong undetanding and demotrated use of quality tools such as Kaizen, DMAIC, Lean Manufacturing, statistical tools, advanced product quality planning APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, FMEA. 熟练使用相关质量体系工具

?Skilled knowledge of statistical software (Minitab, etc.). 了解相关统计分析软件

?Written English proficiency 可以用英文进行书面沟通
