POSITION SUMMARY:

Nanjing Univeity (NJU) is seeking an experienced Audit and Training Specialist for the Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) Center of Nanjing Univeity (“EHS Center of NJU” hereafter).

The Audit and Training Specialist would diveely be respoible for CSEHS auditing and training. Coulting service would be provided by the Center, and the specialist would be part of the coultant team when necessary. The specialist will also be engaged in various client relatiohip maintenance and marketing initiatives to help grow the Center business portfolio.

ORGANIZATION:

The EHS Center of NJU is a joint project of ISC, Suzhou Dobe Environment Coulting Co. Ltd. and the School of Environment, Nanjing Univeity. The EHS Center of NJU is spoored by the ISC’s US-China Partnehip for Climate Action (PCA) program, which brings together the best of U.S. and Chinese resources to promote clean energy and address the largest and fastest growing sources of greenhouse gas emissio in China: industry, cities, and the power sector. The Center will provide state-of-the-art and systematic training and problem solving service on CSEHS compliance and practical energy efficiency measures designed to save energy, reduce emissio, and improve worker safety to manage and enginee for Chinese manufacturing enterprises. With the support from some big brands such as Apple, GE Foundation, Pfizer and Wal-Mart, the EHS Center aims to become China’s most advanced EHS education and training center.

RESPOIBILITIES:

？Conduct oite auditing to factories regarding to CSR or EHS topics.

？Develop tailored auditing methodology or checklist for special project.

？Assists/ leads CSR and/or EHS and/or energy efficiency coue trainings as required.

？Assists/leads coulting and research/practice project conducted by EHS Center as required.

？Perform EHS Center training and coulting project administration (e.g. auditing or coue planning & scheduling) as necessary.

？Prepares monthly report and updates the clients.

？Conduct independently or work together with the team for marketing promotion, including but not limited to client visiting, CSEHS seminar & workshop and training facility set up, preparation and other activities.

？Promotes EHS Center to industry and academic contacts.

QUALIFICATIO:

？An advanced degree in environment, industrial/occupational health and safety, engineering or other related degree.

？Technical expertise with CSR and/or EHS and/or energy efficiency related issues.

？More than 5 yea of working experience in CSR and/or EHS and/or energy efficiency with Multinational Corporatio, training organizatio, coulting firms, or with the factory supply-chain.

？A track record of experience in training delivery and coue development.

？Familiar with the relevant EHS policies, laws and regulatio in China and international standards and specificatio

？High degree of respoibility, self-motivation and a strong see of risk.

？Superior verbal and written communication skills.

？Excellent interpeonal skills.

？Experience in data processing (Microsoft Word), spreadsheet (Microsoft Excel), e-mail, and Internet browser software.

？Strong English skills (spoken and written) and fluency in Mandarin required.
