1、精通Java，熟悉j2ee架构，熟练掌握jsp、servlet、jsf、html, jdbc、jms等j2ee技术；

2、熟练掌握struts、 hibernate、spring等常用开发框架并有实际开发经验；

3、熟悉ajax、javascript技术，熟悉xml和webservice相关技术；

4、熟悉软件分析、设计方法及设计模式，powerdesigner等建模工具；

5、熟练掌握weblogic/websphere/tomcat等一种以上应用服务器；

6、具有mysql、oracle等数据库的设计和开发经验；

7、熟悉Linux，熟悉Hadoop、Redis、MongoDB、Memcached的优先考虑；
