工作资格：

1.College educational background.

大专以上学历

2.At least 5 yea molding area work experiences

至少五年以上注塑行业工作经验

3.Be proficient with operation of molding injection machines, be familiar with the natures of engineering plastics

熟练操作注塑机，熟悉各种工程原料性能

4.Team worker ,Respoibility

积极向上，责任心强，具团队合作精神

5.Good English Communication is required

RESPOIBILITIES

工 作 职 责：

1.Cooperate with project department for new mold trial and process validation within the new project time frame, record all data of each mold trial stage. Generate WI and process parameter sheet for new products and release to mass production after approval and filed by DCC.

负责新项目注塑模具的试模,工艺参数的验证和所有试模阶段资料的存档.在新模具批准后,制作量产作业指导书和工艺参数表并由 DCC受控.

2.Continuous optimize the molding process and update related WI and process parameter sheet.

持续优化注塑生产工艺并更新作业指导书和工艺参数表.

3.Provide technical support to engineering and manufacturing departments for the introduction of automated ipection and packaging systems

对生产提供技术支持，介绍自动化检验流程

4.Troubleshoot and resolve ongoing technical issues

及时解决现场出现的机器故障问题

5.Undertake specific system training where appropriate and be able to retrospectively train othe

负责对员工的具体的系统培训工作

6.Develop bi-lingual manufacturing processes control documentation

负责双语的自动化控制文件的管理

7.Involve in the company’s automatization

参与公司的自动化改进.

8.Other tasks delegated from operation manager.
