我们的生产线涵盖传送带维护、产品优化、提供服务以及利于环境保护的抑尘产品的研发，其中65%的生产任务为订货式生产，35%为备货式生产。

职位描述：

·为生产部员工提供持续的岗位培训；

·协调公司内部的生产工作；把控产品质量；与总部沟通生产材料的技术参数；

·申请和维护公司安全生产资质以及其他相关的生产必要文件；

·生产活动中遵守相关的安全制度；

·在订货式生产中制定生产计划并不断完善；

·在生产安全、产品质量以及业绩指标的完成上持续不断地改善；

·制定工作单、生产部员工工作表现记录表、质量监测单，在车间张贴业绩指标单、操作规程、紧急订单处理流程等，以便确保生产安全、产品质量、按时完成以及业绩指标；

·让生产部员工参与到管理职责中，以便给他们创造培训及提升空间；

·确保所有的质量问题都找到根源并得到妥善解决；

·在设备出现故障时可以接受到设备所在现场出差查找问题根源，或者在加急生产项目中可以接受加班。

职位要求：

·两年以上生产经理和团队管理工作经验；

·具有专业水准---知道如何管理自己及团队以便按时完成日常的工作计划；

·英语水平至少达到CET-4级；

·是一个很好的沟通者（不仅仅是健谈）；

·有物料清单（BOM）维护经验、可以创建领料单、协助库存记录；创建工作卡片以记录工时；

·熟练使用Excel、Word, 可以阅读 AutoCAD DWG；

·具有设备生产、维护以及电力方面的基本知识；

·会使用卷尺、深度计、量角器；

·有ERP系统的操作经验或者有强烈意愿去学习。

工作技能：

·理解并使用的生产管理技能包括5-S、持续改善、按时生产、生产原料最大化利用、制定工作流程等；

·会使用AutoCAD和/或Solid Works；

·具有机械/模具操作经验；

·有叉车证；

·有其他生产/安全证书；

·英语水平至少达到CET-4。

Our line includes a range of conveyor belt maintenance and optimization products and services as well as environmental dust control solutio, where production is a mix of 65% make-to-order- and 35% make-to-stock.

Job Duties:

?Develops Production Team through cotant on-the-job training and coaching

?Coordinates local Production activities; quality improvement; and production material technical specification with oveeas home office

?Arranges for qualification and maintenance of required safety and production practice certificatio and safety improvement within the plant

?Follows and enforces all plant safety procedures

? Ability to schedule and optimize job scheduling in make-to-order environment

?Drives and leads continuous improvement activities to promote safety, quality, on-time performance, and key performance indicato (KPIs)

?Uses visual methods such as job cards, team performance charts, quality check sheets, Posted KPI performance, posted job operation procedures, posted emergency procedures, etc. within the workshop to incorporate safety, quality, on-time performance and site KPIs

?Promotes opportunities for production staff cross training and advancement by involving them in management and administrative function

?Iures all quality issues are investigated, root causes determined, and corrective actio implemented.

?Conducts interviews for production positio.

?Maintai flexibility to travel or work overtime during urgent production projects or to customer sites for emergency troubleshooting and remediation in case of equipment failure.

?Undetands and communicates production financials and teams impact on financials.

Minimum Qualificatio:

?Two Yea Experience in Assistant Production or Senior Production Supervisor position and demotrated ability to lead a team

?Professional – knows how to keep himself/ heelf and staff to a daily, purposeful and intentional schedule

?English Language proficiency equivalent minimum CET4

?Good Communicator (not just a good talker)

?Experience with BOM maintenance, Creation of Pick List, making inventory movement traaction records; job cards/ tracking job operation time.

?Computer proficiency Excel, Word, Read AutoCAD DWG

?Basic knowledge machining equipment, equipment maintenance, electrical.

?Use of tape measure, calculator, level, depth gauges, compass, protractor

?Experience in ERP system or strong desire to learn

Desired Skills:

?Undetands and uses production management skills including 5-S, Continuous Improvement, JIT, minimize scrap, visual factory, Job Flow, etc.

?AutoCad and/or Solid Works

?Machine/ Tooling Operational experience

?Forklift Licee

?Other Manufacturing/ Safety Certificatio or licees

?English CET4 or higher a plus
